Where is your shipping information?

All shipping information can be found here. If you still have any questions or would like to reach me at all please use the contact form.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! Your postage will be calculated at checkout, for a general idea please check here for shipping info overview.

Can I track my order?

You will have received a tracking number if you selected tracked shipping. This will keep you updated through the postal system on where your delivery is. Sadly if you did not pick Tracked delivery, I will not be able to track it either. If you believe your parcel has been lost please do contact me so I can investigate the situation. There are currently long postal delays particularly abroad due to COVID so please give it a few weeks to arrive if you ordered internationally.

Why has my order not been dispatched yet?

Even though it is just me running Mushbroom, I ship everything out within 3 days. If there it seems to you more than three days has gone by since ordering, you are welcome to check with me whether your order has been sent, just send me your order number and contact me via the form, and I’ll look in to it for you straight away!

Can I change my delivery address?

Please email me the correct address as soon as possible before I dispatch your item. I cannot refund an order due to incorrect shipping information. Your parcel should be returned to me, in which case I will contact you to attempt re-delivery.

Can you write a gift message or do gift wrapping?

Yes! Just write it in the notes when checking out and I can produce a handwritten gift message to be included in your order. I can also write inside cards if you’re sending it straight to the recipient.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, please contact me first. I cannot cover the price of return shipping (unless damaged or faulty) due to this being a small business. Thanks for your understanding!

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes, I strive to use no plastics (the only plastics used in my shop are my holographic stickers). All of my packaging is 100% recyclable and biodegradable. 

Are your products ethically produced?

Yes, and all of my products are made in the UK.

Where can I keep up to date?

I am on Instagram and for important stock updates please do subscribe to my mailing list (see footer to sign up). I will only email once a month or on special announcements, so no spam!  
If you would like to contact me for anything please us the contact form. I will get back to you within 24 hours! Please remember to include your order number if it is about something you have purchased.
